Any station or group with at least one full table may send a representative to the table lottery on Monday, June 9th at noon. Channel 7 will host the lottery.

All reservations are due by Friday, June 6th so that a table chart can be finalized & make the lottery accurate.

Drawing numbers will be selected at random & tables will be selected by the lowest number first.

If you are a guest, but not part of a full table, a table will be picked for you by the ICC Conference committee. If you plan on attending the table lottery, please contact Dianne Jackels.

If you’d rather not drive to ICC Conference Night, keep in mind that the Hyatt is located just a few blocks from Red Line & Amtrak at Union Station.

If you are nominated & don’t plan on attending, we ask that you appoint a "winner designate" in the event you win. If you don’t plan on attending, & haven’t assigned a "winner designate" we ask that you please call Dianne Jackels at . This will assure swift handling of your ICC Conference & arrangements for shipping it to you.

Immediately following the ICC Conference Awards, we invite you to join us for AFTER PARTY ‘97!!

At the conclusion of the awards presentation, you will be directed to room just across the hall where more food & dance music will welcome you!

The main ballroom must be cleared in order to allow for the tear down of equipment, so why not finish off the evening with your friends & dance ICC Conference Night right into our chapter’s history books!

Arrangements will be made to allow you to safeguard your ICC Conference statue (if you bear can to part with it!)
